Dear Dancers and Parents
We are pleased to announce a new class for adults!
Starting January 23rd, faculty member Carmen Banu, a former ballerina and coach for the Romanian National Gymnastics Team, will introduce a new 60-minute workout, based on her popular Stretch and Tone class for dance students and the fashionable barre workouts taught in Manhattan.
Your Ballet Body™ Workout will strengthen, streamline, and invigorate your whole body with exercises that target the same muscle groups focused on by ballet dancers. This is not a ballet class. No prior experience is required. Performed to an energizing beat, the routines incorporate isometrics, core strength training, and stretching – all while focusing on correct alignment and form. You will leave this challenging class feeling taller, stronger, more graceful and confident… just like a dancer!
We would like to schedule classes at times most convenient for you during available studio hours. Please add your name to our list at the front desk with suggestions for your preferred class times.
Classes are FREEfrom January23rd until January 27th !
Our initial class offerings are:
Mondays at 10:00 am
Tuesdays at 8:30 pm
Wednesdays at 10:00 am
Fridays at 1:00 pm
60-minute class $25 10-class cards $230
Please bring an exercise mat for floor work.
